1st day:

setting off from s'pore 5+am... after pumping enough to cross customs. those 3 goondus are my longtime buddies.. spf who can't stop crapping. countless jokes made during the trip... so farnie la!

total 6 cars convoy to malaysia... 5 of them rented. this was our fiat punto with faulty back doors which could onli be opened with special "skill". hahah so we made our way thru' 2nd link towards KL. the journey was long but we had many CDs for our private ktv session.. haha fantastic views of green, blue & white...walkie talkies constantly beeping. convoy started off abit luan... but later on.. convoy was totally cooperated. communication was damn important & looking out for one another made me feel the togetherness of convoy travelling. moving as a convoy... my 1st time experience. Stopped for breakfast at some R&R b4 continuing our journey. reached a shopping centre next to sunway lagoon ard 12+ for lunch. wanted to go for go-carting.. but was mislead by the website's not-updated info. no more go-karting at sunway! not much time left.. so we window shopped a little b4 setting off to our hotel at KL plaza. On the way... KL was so jammed. changing lane was tough & if u're too nice... u'll never get there. manage to take this Mac... think i've never seen such a huge "M" before. hahha our car took a wrong turn & got lost somewhere. made a big round & so by the time we checked into the hotel... it was nite time. 8 of us shared a suite... & this was the nite view..so nice rite! went to 1 of the new shopping centre, Pavilion, which was next to our hotel. was welcomed by a magnificent sight.. the xmas decors so bling la! the xmas tree changes colour.. purple, blue, green, white, pink. ate at nandos... chicken of varying spicyness. yummy & cheap! couldn't find any place to chill that nite.. so juz bought alcohol from 7-11 back to our suite for some chiLLing. chatted some time b4 going to bed.

2nd day:

drove up to genting next morning. so cold as we got higher.. winding down windows was like aircon blowing directly in ur face. stepping out of the car was like entering heaven. so misty & cold...walking thru' clouds. but the feeling was shiOk! since we're onli there for 4+ hrs... didn't have time to play theme park. see that ride? its a superman coaster outside the theme park.. so didn't need entrance fee. but there was not enough time & they didn't wanna sit. oH weLl.. maybe i'll go there again another time ba.

the indoor theme park was more like a shopping centre. the xmas decors were all nice & colourfully lighted everywhere. after lunch at cheaper pizza hut.. we went to the casino. played big small... which was so addictive. watched how some pros calculated their probabilities to place their bets. casino earned our $$. its hard to win... pure luck for those w/o skill. gambling is a cycle. u'll win then lose then win then lose. so its juz a matter of when u noe u should stop.driving down the hill... vision gets clearer. the steep and winding road... going left & right. took many shots to capture the downhill drive. made our way to bukit tinggi selesa hillhomes where we settled. suite not as nice as 1st nites'... but still alright. below shows the view from our window and us relaxing before setting off. these guyz can't stop their xiaL-ing.. & a "singh" appeared after his shower. see... damn hilarious la~ the colours so matching... wahahha confirm laugh everytime i see it... heeheehee chee bong kia. even milan can't take it. hahhaadrove to french village nearby for buffet dinner. so not worth it... relative to our other meals. but the structures were nice.. like machiam in angmo country. & we finally took group photos of the entire drive trip-ers!

went back for black jack session with the wish bunch... before ending the dae. the bankers so lihai la... ultimately won over all players. hahaha but it was fun la... not much of serious gambling... more like socializing.. crapping... & laughing.

3rd day:ate hashbrowns again for consecutively 2 mornings... i'm loving it! then drove towards malacca. on the way... passed by petronas towers! too bad couldn't take the nite version. did spot it the previous nite... but couldn't catch a good shot.stopped by teluk gong seafood place (not by the sea) for lunch. it was the most fulfilling meal manz! food was great & so cheap! clean too... coz we were all alright after that. haha they had this coconut alcohol... it was damn good... wonder how they mixed it. next, we continued our way towards malacca... some pics along the way...reached a familiar place...tan kim hock product centre! bought some famous foodstuff. got my daddy's fav cuttlefish & some sourplum in honey sweets! passed by the red church and huge ship... which i recall coming with my parents many yrs back. drove to jonker street.. which didn't have much stuff to see. but made our trip there worthwhile by eating chicken rice balls! yeah~ finally got to try them... so nice leh!convoy leader got lost navigating for a while... b4 reaching the huge shopping mall which i remembered as part of my childhood memories. ate baskin robins... sLurP~ too bad didn't have much time to shop. but i saw a damn super duper nice adidas jacket which i juz love so much!!! definitely not sold in s'pore. i hope it comes... or i'll go m'sia to buy. navy blue.. smooth silky jacket material... with lime green near yellow stripes. love at 1st sight manz. have a size which fits me juz right... but i prefer a size bigger. argh! i'll get hold of it somedae.. but i have too many jackets already. haiz. anywayz... quickly made our way back to s'pore to return the cars by midnite.

overall, the 3 full day getaway was extremely fulfilling. so much fun... much more than i expected. it was mostly travelling & eating. although couldn't shop much due to tight schedules... still managed to make the best out of our time spent there. made more frenz... & bonded more with those chee bong buddies of mine. another great memory stored. =D
