Day trip to JB~

at 1st i thought i was gona shop alone... while my parents shop for their stuff todae. bUt! yesterdae last min... glad & ren could make it! assumed that they couldn't coz of work & sch... but end up they set aside time to join the shopping spreee! thanx so much for ur time & company! =)

its been a long time since i went to JB... so near! hahaha previous drive trip to kl via 2nd link took much longer... so i felt that going jb was like going boon lay. hypothetically. wahahhaha anywayz... went to huge Jusco at tebrau city to shop. rushed quite a bit initially coz i thought after lunch will be going elsewhere... but end up the plan was onli jusco. hahah they 2 bought so little... i felt i was buying too much. but things are no doubt cheaper there... so can't resist rite. brands like esprit, levis and dorothy perkins all equally expensive... so.. nah. juz bought some tops & uH-hMs from jusco...irresistably nice & comfy wedge-heels for work (soon)...& shades which i don't need. glad couldn't resist too. onli 10 sing bucks... buy & standby loh. i'll use it next time ba... hahaha karen was like the advisor all the while... she hardly shopped... -_-''' hahaha

it was a very stomach-filling dae. ate cup corn at ard 10+am.. then 1pm ate at some yummilicious jap restaurant with my parents & their frenz. the salmon sashimi... wAh! shiOok la~ & cheap cheap cheap! hahaha walked a while to digest... then ate baskin robins! my childhood fav icecream! so many unique flavours... we 3 had a hard time choosing onli 1 flavour each. shared a waffle bowl of 3 scoops of colourful icecream...

a conflicting variety of mint, sour & sweet! amazingly... it didn't taste weird. very nice actually~! hahaha walked more...then eat again! 4+pm went for secret recipe tea-break (cheap!). brownie (with thin line of chz in the middle) was a total let-down... still prefer the authentic kind. but caramel chz cake was great! then ard 7pm, ate dinner at hak seng. btw... the dinner was very interesting! the boss is so hilarious~! outrightly arrogant... natural... stern-look. but u will realise that his arrogance is not harmful but yet very entertaining. my parents frequent there so they told us how straight-forward he can be. his responses are juz so uniquely.... arrogant. hahaha it's like he knows he is... but he's not bothered by it. & when he jokes... his facial expression is controlled very well. great food. realli! quality dishes. no wonder my parents alwayz eat there. near customs somemore.. keke genuinely nice fella... juz don't ever try to give unpleasant comments on his food. =P

was really super duper full... filled to the brim. dunno why we ate so much... juz wanted to enjoy ba. have the feeling of being out-of-s'pore. and maybe that was all we could do besides shop. coz suay suay... todae was like a special dae for m'sians. so the cinema & ktv was closed! so wasted lei. gladys had a brilliant idea of going for menicure before leaving for dinner... so we searched for quite some time. when we finally found the place... it was fully booked. we couldn't even pamper our nails... haiz. see... very suay rite. haiyah... but bo pian loh. fated to onli eat & shop. hahhaa but it was still an enjoyable trip. fast, short & fun getaway... & a great experience! i am ready for sch now. hahaha =)
